We would not recommend this agency. A certain employee failed to contact us that our policy had not been accepted. On the day of our house closing we found out that were were not insured. We questioned the agent. He really made no effort to contact us even though the policy had not been accepted 3 1/2 weeks earlier. Evidently it wasn't important enough to him to notify us. Luckily it was in the mailbox the day of the house closing. We were leaving for up north the next day and wouldn't have known that we weren't insured.
