Williams Prompt Care is an urgent care-based facility in Cullman, AL. With many years of experience in providing family medicine (ages 6 month- geriatric) plus several other services, the staff is capable of providing urgent medical assistance to you and your family. We have the resources to get you the attention you need. The office of Dr. Dan Williams welcomes you and your family. Our team consists of highly skilled Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants and Respiratory therapists. Many spent prior years employed in an emergency department setting. We want you to trust in us with your medical care and it is a priority for you and your family to experience excellent customer service.

During the pandemic we encourage our patients to CALL AHEAD for a time to be seen. Appointments are being made during high volume days. WILLIAMS OFFICE PERSONAL AND HIS NURSE MISTY TOOK A SPECIAL INTEREST AND THAT MAKES SUCH A DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU FEEL BAD. I ONLY WISH HE COULD BE MY PRIMARY DR., BUT I PLAN TO SEE HIM ANY TIME I CAN. We are currently able to collect specimens for COVID-19 testing. We partner with ADL and LabWorks PCR testing. Turnaround time for results is currently 24-36 hrs. (04/29/2022)

Simple lacerations, ear irrigations, simple foreign body removal, basic eye exams.

4) Sports Physical

College Entry Physical, AHSAA Sports Physical $40, PEEHIP/State of AL Insurance screenings/physical. NOTE: We do not offer CDL physicals.
