I fell on the Hotel's breeze way due to bus/car oil. An employee called for an ambulance and I went to the hospital. I have called and called to talk to the manager (was told by the employes that they are not allowed to give out the manager's name) to have them file a claim with their insurance company to pay for the hospital bill. Accident happened 05/18/14 and still trying to get my bill taken care of......manager won't call me back! What a way to do business! Never again would I stay there or recommend them!
