HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! Reserved a storage space for May 1, 2016 because we are getting married in July 2016. Discussed at length with Paul, the owner, NUMEROUS times that we would not need the storage unit until May 1. He confirmed. On April 1, he tried to charge our CC. I spoke with Paul & told him that the rental of the unit, as we had previously agreed, was not to begin until May 1. He then refused to rent us the space & hung-up on me before I could say a word! Beware! This guy is shady and very rude!
