Have used Carroll Plumbing for several years and work was excellent and rates reasonable, this has changed. Last visit was 3/2015 to unclog a drain in bathroom. Plumber and helper (not needed) arrived and departed less than fifteen minutes later. Bill was $ 130, $75 for plumber, $40 for helper and $15 for service call. Next time I wlll call another company.
