At first, the tech said that its was the capacitor, which would be $188 just for the part, he then dropped the price down to $50. He also said that the refrigerant was good. After he supposedly replaced the capacitor, I set the thermostat to 72 degrees. I had the air running for over 2 hours and still no change in the temperature. I called the tech back to let him know that the problem was not solved, he then said that it was the refrigerant. Right then I knew that I was scammed out of money.
