Bohlman's Deer Processing - Owatonna, MN 55060

Did not get all my meat

I checked with many sites and all are about the same. 120 lb field dressed deer should yield 66 to 70 lbs of meat. I got 38 lbs. 70 lb field dressed deer should yield about 39 lbs of meat. I got 28 lbs. These numbers are not even close! I will never go there again. I would rate them a zero if that were an option.

They do an awesome job. Trim was clean and ready to go to processer, best steak ever. Will continue to go there. Great job

Didn't get all our meat back

I had heard of other hunters not getting all their meat back from Bohlman's but I decided to give them a chance anyway. Big mistake. We took a 180 lb buck gutted and ready for processing and only got 55 lbs of venison back. Not going there again.
