Obeid Beline is the rudest realtor I have ever spoken to. She told me that regardless if I wanted to go with her affiliated mortgage company I would have to seek approval to ensure I qualified. I told her my finances were handled and she continued. We did not even speak about the property I was interested in looking at. I no longer want to look at this property because I know she is the agent for them. The house has been listed now for about 90 days. Its not wonder with type of service.
