Horrible facility. Incompetent. Lies on paperwork. Stay far away. It was all fine until a man in distress who was freaking out was met with three (THREE!) screaming orderlies. Finally they drugged me and then sent me to a mental asylum promptly after witnessing them being abusive towards a fellow patient. Disgusting facility with incompetent staff with no moral compass. I was a mentally healthy person and now suffer from PTSD thanks to Ellendale Crisis Center / Recovery Innovations and Dover Behavioral Health in Delaware.
