made the mistake of signing with Sharon Gray of Bessmer. after 3months home vandalism, no repairs to missing windows, doors and lighting fixtures being changed w/o notice, AC gone out waiting 2 weeks of no air from a woman that is bipolar, screams,refuses to give dates for repairs.trees down in backyard,fence on the ground from falling in for a month, gutters falling off of the house, extra charges for yard work that has not been done,neighbors see her entering the property while im at work unannounced.
