Pat came by to inspect a noisy fan that was working fine. He showed my wife condensation dripping, and told her both units were leaking freon (freon leaks don't drip) and needed replacing. Then he cut a wire to "turn the AC off". By the time he left, one unit was not cooling at all and the other is barely working. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
