Watch out for this guy ----- he won't give you an estimate until he does some work & then he'll tell you his rate is $75.an hr He wanted $150. for 1hr & 35 min. He left a dirty floor & mats ---- didn't do a good job --- I had to do it again. I got 2 other quotes at $45/hr. Don't call him when there are other good & decent handymen. He's a RIP-OFF.
