Erin and Andy were both so pleasant and professional when I called to order internet service. Not only were they pleasant and professional but they did not speak in "tech" terms to this somewhat technically challenged grandmother. Both Andy and Aaron were amazing, so helpful and informative speaking English, not nerd.
