K automotive, has you sign a blank paper, submitting your car into the shop, but doesn't tell you that that is the paper they're going to put your car charges on, so when the over charge you or charge you for things that you didn't agree on, the sheet is already signed by you, as if you agreed to it, please get a copy of everything you sign and record every conversation held, these guys quoted something and charged something else on my account, then adv that we agreed to it, i advised to them that wasn't what was agreed, then stated that the docs were signed as if i agreed to those charges and i signed that paper prior to the charges being placed on the document, all i asked for them to do was look at my brakes, my rear shocks, why my car was running hot, and why my car doesn't preform the way i want it to, these guys from what i see only fixed my rear shocks and my brakes, i went there and my car still over heats and it didn't even want to start when it cut off, and it wasn't performing like that when i dropped the vehicle off. Then when i don't agree to the charges they placed a lien on my vehicle. Consumers coming to this mechanic i wouldn't recommend it, they're rude, and i'm in the works of a lawsuit and going broadcast, because i'm sick of these mechanics trying to run over women and young adults.
