Found Demmis plumbing through the St. Linus parish bulletin and called for an estimate. Plumber's wife answered all my questions and was as pleasant and professional as one could ask for. Plumber arrived right on time and began work immediately. He said little, but had the faucet installed in under 45 minutes and did so without any mess whatsoever. The price quoted was the price I paid and was exceptionally fair. I highly recommend Demmis Plumbing and will use them again in the future without any hesitation.
