A new bike might not be in everyone's budget, so we are proud to sell certified pre-owned bicycles. Bicycles that are being sold as certified pre-owned have passed our safety inspection and are in working condition. If we do not feel safe riding it, we will not sell it. Safety is our first priority with any bike leaving the shop. Here is how we rate our certified pre-owned bikes.

3) Bike Pickup & Delivery Services

Whether you are stuck on the side of the road or do not have a way to get your bike to us, we can help. For your convenience, Oswego Cyclery offers a mobile pickup & delivery service. We can even arrange a house call or roadside assistance to fix your bike on the spot. We offer this service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

4) Bike Repair

If you love your bike like we do, we understand that a day without your bike is like a day without your car. For your convenience, we guarantee all repairs completed within 48 hours (2 business days, Mon-Fri) assuming all parts are in-stock. If we do not have the required parts we will order it in as quickly as possible. As soon as the parts come in, your bike will be finished that day! An appointment is not necessary but if a specific time works for you please feel free to give as a call at (630) 551-2300 to schedule appointment.
