as gregory below did, i also went to the worst place to go hills and dales auto care for my car problems. it was having trouble starting, hills and dales told me it was the pcm and it would cost $1300 to fix. i didnt think that was the issue so i pushed my car down the road (all down hill from hills and dales) to exact car care. charlie troubleshooted everything couldnt find an issue with it. it started up right away and didnt show any signs of a PCM issue. i had my radiator replaced and am very satisfied with the work done. this is probably the best mechanic in the area and would recommend everyone i know to go there. he now has 3 regulars that will be taking their vehicles to, to get worked on. very honest and up front about everything and i dont think there is anything he cant fix. so far my cars running good and if it starts to act up at least i can trust the guy to work on it again. i owe you some drinks!!

I love this place. Charlie takes care of my Jetta for a reasonable price. I realize many mechanics aren't familiar with VW's so its nice to find a place they knows what they are doing. And does it without a huge cost. A little History, I was told by "Hills and Dales Autocare" that I needed a transmission rebuild after a long trip my car was having trouble shifting into 4th (top gear) they quoted me just under 3,000 dollars for this repair. I brought it to "Exact Car Care" they fixed it with for free stating it was low on fluid and the car is running perfect since its been about 8 months now. I got the car supposed "inspected" by "Hills and Dales Autocare" before the trip paid them about 450.00 dollars for those fixes. To make sure the car was safe on the trip. Obviously it didn't make the whole trip. I wish I would have brought my car to Exact Car Care Before the trip. Thank You For reading. :)
