Spoke with owner, Henry and set up an appt for them to come out on the same day, I was delighted, they quoted me $75.00 to clean my white couch. However, they basically just removed the dog hair, the couch is still dirty!!! I called the owner and told him we were very dissatisfied that the couch looked lousy! The owner Henry said he would talk to the tech and call me back about getting it done properly, he never called me back! Don’t waste your money or time using Hen’s Dry from Menifee!!!
