Helen De Pasquale is both owner and your massage therapist at Natures Healing. Her career as a massage therapist and La Stone therapist developed out of her commitment to serving and helping people, including the elderly. Helen graduated from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage & Therapeutic Bodywork in 2005.

Tailoring the best combination of massage therapy techniques to ensure optimal results, her goal is to help you feel your best.


My Beliefs
It is my belief to treat people in a caring way. My goal is to share knowledge and empower my clients. It is important as a massage therapist to treat people as a whole and not in parts. The concept of body, mind and spirit is important and an essential part of each and every session. Each one of us has different needs at different times. In working with nature I can honor my ancestors, Mother Earth and my clients. I want to reduce my client’s pain and discomfort and put a smile on their face. I look forward to being of service and to help people strive for a healthier and happier life.

La Stone Massage

Geothermotherapy from the earth uses hot Basalt, cold Marble stones. This therapy causes the nervous system to relax due to alternating temperatures. Experience aromas that will soothe your senses and the sounds of traditional instruments to recharge your soul.

La Stone Back Treatment

You will be positioned on a comfortable combination of hot and cold stones. The alternating temperatures cause the nervous system to relax. This is followed by a therapeutic back massage with stones.

Stone Medicine Massage

This massage is a combination of aromatherapy, sound, vibration and heated stone massage. This treatment will soothe and relax the senses and the body. Stones will be left on the body for a warm, nurturing feeling.

TMJ Treatment

Temporal Mandibular Joint is treated externally and Inter-orally along with other related muscles for relief of discomfort.

Swedish Therapeutic Massage Plus

Combines Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Geothermotherapy to focus on your problem areas. End your massage with Geothermotherapy for an invigorating and rejuvenating feeling.

The gentle effects of wax, to remove unwanted facial and body hair. If you have been using Retin-a, Differin, Accutance or any oral or topical antibiotics in the last 6 months, it is not advisable to have any waxing services, do so at your own risk. Consult with the aesthetician prior to any waxing.

Important Information About Waxing

When booking a waxing service, please make sure you have at least one quarter inch of growth by the day of your appointment. Refrain from shaving for at least 3 to 4 weeks prior to your waxing appointment.



Common side effects can include: slight irritation, redness, and stinging. Taking Ibuprofen (anti-inflammatory) 1 hour prior to your waxing appointment may help minimize side effects.



Certain medical conditions such as diabetes, pregnancy or a Predisposition to cold sores may cause heightened sensitivity of the skin. Check with your physician before waxing.



Avoid waxing 3 - 4 days before or after your menstrual cycle. You are likely to experience heightened sensitivity.



Waxing is not recommended on sunburned skin or if you have been in a tanning bed within 24 hours prior to or after waxing.
