I began my practice of law with the firm of Tudor, Cloud and Cesner in Kenton, Ohio. There I learned what it takes to represent clients in all circumstances.
Having been a Tax Commissioner's Agent for 6 years prior to going to law school, I began my legal career by practicing in the area of corporate and business formation and tax planning.
After two years in that field I realized that I wanted to be more than a "paper pusher", I wanted to be a trial attorney. The firm partners gave me that opportunity. They taught me the how to be an effective litigator. I then began to successfully try Business, Contract, Divorce, Personal Injury, and Medical Malpractice cases. I have continued doing so for the past 28 years.
My philosophy is simple: Represent each client as if they were my only client. Charge a fair fee for my services. Give my clients a frank opinion of their legal matter, good or bad.
