Jim's Grille, in Cedarburg Wisconsin, has opened it's doors on Tuesday, March 4 ' exactly 13 months following the Echo Plaza fire that closed Rich's Restaurant at the same location.' Jim Joyce purchased Rich's Restaurant in July, 1998 and after the fire knew he wanted to rebuild. Basically starting from scratch, he rebuilt the building and gutted the interior which wasn't a bad thing due to how devasting the fire was.'About half the menu will be new items and half will be familiar Rich's favorites. Of the 20 employees who were at Rich's when it caught fire, about one-third are back, including the head cook.
