We are excited about our new enterprise in offering legal assistance to potential Chinese immigrants who qualify to apply for an EB5 visa. 1) Mortgage Foreclosure Defense

We assist home owners in defense of their foreclosure at all stages of the process. By filing a lawsuit to Quiet Title or to Set Aside the foreclosure we litigate the bank/investors' false claims of a right to foreclose. If you have a MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System) transfer of you note to a supposed investor, it is possible to challenge the transfer and force the investor to produce the necessary assignement(s) which are often times impossible to do. 2) Eb5 Visa

Due to our extensive contacts with both an investor in Las Vegas and resources in China, we are assisting persons who wish to immigrate to the United States in applying for an EB5 visa. The requirements are simple because we work with persons in Las Vegas who find or open turn key businesses which qualify under the EB5 program. Once the application has been accpted and the business plan approved, provisional green cards are issued to the entire entrepeneur's family.
