2) Mowing Detail

It's all in the detail work!

What sets TLC Property Maintenance apart from other landscapers is the detail work! We take the time to work towards perfection on your property. We notice small imperfections and fix them. A little bit of time and effort can go a long way to beauty.

Technical maintenance includes mowing, weeding, trimming, edging, aeration and more detailed maintenance to your lawn, tree, and shrubs. By simply keeping weeds away from trees and shrubs, your property looks cleaner and healthier. Shrubs trimmed properly to their intended shape will encourage healthy growth and compliment your yard at the same time. Edging walks will give your property a defined look that most yards won't exhibit.

Technical maintenance isn't only for aesthetic purposes. Keeping your property well maintained is the key to healthy growth. Healthy plants will need less emergency care, which in the long run will only help you. So, keep your lawn healthy and beautiful with technical maintenance.

Talk to our expert in lawn care to discover what services will be most helpful to you and your property!

It is important to note that this program provides a minimum yearly rate of 4 pounds of nitrogen, 1 pound of phosphorus and 2 pounds of potassium per 1000 square feet of lawn area. This is the optimum proportion of these primary nutrients.

Each spray service includes the other major and minor elements necessary for a healthy lawn. Each nutrient is changed throughout the year relative to grass type, soil type, season and existing lawn needs.

Weed control is limited to the control of broad leaf weeds and applied as allowed by the law. Sedges and grassy weeds are not a part of this program. A program to control sedges and grassy weeds can be developed under a separate contract.

Insecticides are applied to control chinch bugs and other turf damaging insects. Mole crickets , grubs, ants, fleas, ticks and nematodes are not included. Should treatment for these be required a program will be developed to control the above.

4) Arbor Care

TLC Property Maintenance Inc.certified arborist provide quality care to protect your valuable property assets. From routine maintenance for trees and palms to major and light pruning and removal services. All of our work is performed with your trees health, safety and artistic considerations in mind. TLC Property Maintenance offers professional care for all your tree service needs.*

Hazardous Tree Evaluation
Insects, diseases, decay and other forms of tree defects are important parts of a healthy, functioning forest ecosystem. Although dying and falling trees are important in the development of forests, they are not welcome in high use recreation areas where they risk human life and property. Our training and experience enable us to quickly and accurately assess tree health and make the proper decision.

Pruning and Trimming
Pruning and trimming of tree limbs on a regularly scheduled basis will improve tree health, control growth, and enhance fruiting, flowering and the appearance of your trees. The early selective pruning of young trees is extremely important for the development of a strong, well balanced framework.

Tree Removal
Trees that are dead, overcrowded, hazardous or causing obstructions are sometimes candidates for removal. Our arborist can help determine if tree removal is necessary. Our tree crews are equipped with specialized equipment for removal including bucket and lift trucks. *Always insist on insured professionals when contracting for tree work.

View Clearing
Do you have a view of the water or the horizon that is disappearing due to tree or brush growth? We can get it back for you! Think of how pleased you will be once you're sitting on your deck enjoying the view that you once thought was lost!

Stump Grinding
Stump grinding is the lowest impact form of stump removal we have. After the stump is ground down 6-10 inches below the surface, we can: 1) cover with dirt. 2) patch in sod. 3) cover with wood chips, leaving no trace of the stump and nothing to mow around. Quick, clean and efficient.

Chipping
Not only is chipping more economical than hauling and safer than burning, it enables us to use more of the tree resource. The chips that are results of this process are used as landscape bark, dust control ground cover, erosion control, and mulch around trees and shrubs.
