We offer land development, construction and drafting services anywhere in the northeast Texas area. Our company is located approximately 30 miles south of Texarkana.TX/AR.

I have had 35-1/2 years in design with TxDOT, retired from the USMC Reserve where I had experience in an artillery unit and retired as regimental survey officer. I have been a registered professional land surveyor since 1983.

1) Land Surveying

All types of boundary surveys, improvement surveys, corner location and boundary line marking, deed research and investigation. We perform well location surveys and route surveys.

2) Subdivision Layouts

Urban and rural, large and small tracts. To include all necessary certificates to satisfy the jurisdiction(s) governing the area.

3) Construction Surveys

All types of route surveys, including highways, pipe lines and electric transmission lines. All necessary staking i.e. slope stakes, blue tops, etc.

4) Drafting Services

All types of mapping and topographic surveys. We can do residential house plans, piping layouts and other types of CAD drafting that might be required.
