Our programs enrich their personal and professional lives in many ways. Tiger-Rock programs are a blend of modern sport science, the latest research, and hundreds of years of martial arts tradition to provide you with the most effective experience available. To provide Thibodaux quality Martial Arts assistance as a Martial Arts, Martial Arts Classes, Self Defense and Karate.
Tiger-Rock Martial Arts meeting your Martial Arts needs since 2012.
Tiger-Rock Martial Arts has locations all over the United States of America. Accepting students as early as 3 years of age and older. There are four main programs within the Tiger-Rock curriculum.
Tiger Cubs class for 3,4 & 5 years olds.
Youth Beginner class for ages 6-12 years old.
Intermediate & Advanced class for ages 6-12 years old with 4 month experience or higher.
Mixed Adult classes consists of all ranks who are 13 years and older.
1) Taekwondo
Stand up-self defense using 70% kicks & 30% hand techniques. Great program for kids and adults to learn discipline and self control.
2) Kickboxing
Great cardio workout that incorporates knee strikes, elbows, kicks, and a lot of hand combos. Classes are full of excitement & energy. Workouts are made fun with music playing in the background.
3) Brazilian Juijitsu
Ground fighting/self defense is an important aspect of becoming a well rounded martial artist. Being able to protect one's self on the ground is beneficial so we may get back on our feet, where we are most comfortable.
4) Strength & Conditioning
Conditioning the body is an important aspect when trying to "look fit" and stay in shape. Stegnthening the muscles will allow us to reinforce basic techniques learned in class.
