Elaine graduated from the Wellness & Massage Training Institute in Woodridge, IL in December 2003. Her skills include Swedish massage, positional release techniques, deep tissue massage and sports massage. As part of her continuing education, Elaine has taken courses in Myofascial Release, Thai massage and massage for cancer patients. She is certified in Raindrop Technique and has also been a Reiki Master since October 2002.

Erin graduated from the Maui Academy of Healing Arts, HI in 1996. She has been practicing massage therapy locally for the past 13 years and is also a Reiki Master. Her massage expertise include; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lymphatics, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Positional Release, Myofascial Release, and Reiki. Committed to improving her knowledge and skills, Erin is currently working toward advanced technique certificates in Myofascial Release and her Associate Membership in the Society of Ortho-Bionomy (Positional Release).

James Martin graduated from the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1997. He has been practicing massage for the past 13 years. His modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Myofascial Release and Sports massage. James is certified in Myofascial Release since 1999 and is looking to further develop his practice by taking courses in Thai Massage and Shiatsu.

Teri Noland attended the Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 1988 and the magic began. As long as she can remember she has been asking "Why and how?" when it comes to the body. Graduation was September 1989 with 568 certified hours. In March 1992 she began doing massage full time. Her skill set ranges from the light touch of cranial sacral and energy to deep tissue and trigger point techniques. Her enthusiasm has never diminished.

2) Aromatherapy/raindrop Technique

Raindrop Technique incorporates calming, energizing and soothing Young Living essential oils with traditional massage techniques. This treatment balances energy, releases toxins and facilitates open energy flow throughout the body. Because of the antimicrobial properties of the oils, Raindrop Technique is an excellent choice when trying to boost the immune system. The effects have been known to last up to a week following treatment.

Traditional Thai Bodywork, also called Thai Yoga Therapy, is a therapeutic technique that dates back thousands of years. It is a deep, full-body treatment, performed on a mat on the floor, which includes both stretching of the joints and muscles, and compression applied by various means to the ten major energy channels, or sen lines. The result is an opening and energizing of the entire body to create balance and healing. Note: wear loose, comfortable clothing.
