We apologize for not carrying insurance yet as we are fairly new to the area. However in the rare event that we are responsible for damage to any of the belongings on site, we will refund you the value of the object not to exceed the amount which we are being paid. As operator of Big Steve's, I have over 6 years of experience as well as over 300 moves I have personally done. We will do a great job for you and do it quickly and safely as possible.
