NorthStar Plastics & Mfg is a small family owned business. We strive to produce the best products for your business or personal use. We feature standard and custom dog boxes, kennels, kennel runs, trailers, crates, holding units, whelping boxes, nebulizer units, and many other items for purchase or repair. Our products are plastic welded with HDPE plastic. This process of manufacturing produces strength and functional life long durabilty. Our team's vision to the future continues to enhance our product line. Our newest addition to our product line is our "GRATE DOG CRATE". This crate was designed with the angles to be the STRONGEST crate on the market. The added bonus features that come standard with this box are the removable grated flooring and drip trays under the flooring. This provides easy cleaning as well as keeping your pet free from outdoor weather elements.

1) Standard Dog Boxes

NorthStar Standard Dog Boxes. Model 100 is a one dog box with removable grated flooring and drip trays. Model 100E comes with smooth bottom floor. We also have two dog boxes, three dog boxes, etc in our standard line.

2) Custom Dog Crates

NorthStar manufactures custom boxes/crates. We can build any size or shape box for that hard to fit space. Our custom boxes will help you utilize all your space whether it is in an SUV or on the back of a pickup.

4) Northstar Holding Units

NorthStar has standard or custom holding units. We build a quality unit for groomers, vet clinics, pet stores, or breeders. Our standard units include 4 bank, 6 bank, 9 bank, and nebulizer unit with an optional 4 bank. The nebulizer unit is for prevention and treatment of sick or possible sick puppies/pets.

5) Northstar Grate Dog Crate

NorthStar has a new addition which is our Grate Dog Crate. This unit is lightweight but extremely durable, stackable, along with its significant feature: Grated floors and trays which are removable. This unit is durable but a less expensive option for holding units.
