1) Sealcoating

The product we use for Sealcoating is a heavy duty coal tar sealer. It is used to form a durable, tough and flexible coating that protects asphalt from the damages of water, gas, salts and other chemicals.

When sprayed sealcoat is a dark charcoal black color. It improves the appearence of old as well as new asphalt. Sealcoating helps keep the smoothness on asphalt and helps eliminate and hide rough spot, patches and small cracks.

Sealcoating your driveway or parking lot will reduce the maintenance costs and helps keep your asphalt looking newer.



Sealcoating helps resist gas, salt and oil penetrations. It also prevents moisture from locking into your asphalt. Moisture that gets into your asphalt from rain & snow causes your asphalt to deteriorate.



On brand new asphalt, sealcoating is reccomended within the first year it is paved. And then recommended to be re-applied every 2-3 years depending on traffic volume.

2) Crack Repair (crack Sealing)

Crack repair is used when you have a large amount of cracks in your driveway and/or parking lot. We use a rouder machine and rouder 3/4 inch to 1 inch deep depending on how bad is the crack.

We then use a higher powered blower to make sure than and dust or loose particles are out of the roudered area.

We then fill the cracks with the product we use. Having crack repair done is beneficial because when the crack melt is applied it forms a resilient, adhesive & flexible compound that resists cracking in the winter.



The crack melt is free flowing and self-leveling. After applied it will loose its surface tackiness and still form a long lasting resilient seal.

4) Thermal Plastic Sealer

Our thermal plastic sealer is one of the only thermal plastic sealers that you can use on fresh asphalt. Up to as little as 2 days new. Thermal plastic helps prevent petroleum solvents, hydrocarbons and oils from escaping into the atmosphere and ground water, retaining the oils keeps the binder intact and surface flexible and preventing loss of oils that lead to brittle surface cracking and loss of color. In addition it prevents moisture intrusion, and helps resist gasoline, diesel fuel, engine oil, and antifreeze which will soften asphalt and cause severe degradtion.

Thermal plastic sealer comes in colors: black, clear and 3 other customized colors.

We have used our thermal plastic in commercial areas in Las Vegas, Nevada and the areas have shown no wear on the surface. Our thermal plastic sealer out lasts other competitors up to 5 years.
