"Closed During Business Hours"

I called earlier in the day to make sure that I was able to walk in and get a belly piercing, the girl on the phone told me they’d be available all day. I drove 40 minutes to get here and it’s completely closed! Not a single soul inside, I got tired of calling countless times.
