University Village at Clemson is a terrible place to live! I heard that University Village had a reputation for trying to pin people with outrageous charges and as I can see after moving out, it is the truth. If I had known how the complex conducted business before, I never would have moved in. I would never recommend this apartment complex to any one ever; the staff is unfriendly, uncompromising, and obviously they are only looking to make a quick buck regardless of the truth and law.
