This store is a rip off and a joke . And completely un willing to help a long time Verizon customer. Even after a representative from Verizon wireless calls the store to demand they help , after all they are a Verizon wireless authorized contractor ..and the phone was purchased from them just 14 days prior , due to this disregard and lack of customer service support Verizon is taking complete care of it and giving a 100 dollar credit for the inconvenience and lack of support ! Buy direct or from Walmart not here!
