Don's Fish Camp is home to "The Best Float in Texas". We have been in business for 15 years renting tubes to people from all over Texas and beyond. We offer tube rentals, kayak rentals, party buses, and shuttle pickup from your home to the site. We also offer a variety of merchandise available on site.
Don's is located at 105 Nelle Lane in Martindale, Texas, on the San Marcos River about 4 miles from San Marcos off Highway 80. See our contact page for directions. We offer on site parking for free with $5 entry fee. You can park on site and we will bus you down river so that you arrive back at your vehicle at the end of your float.
The business is named after Don Nelle who has operated his fish camp and owned the 50 acre property for over 50 years. He is a local legend in San Marcos. His yellow suspenders are famous. See you on the river!
