Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon with over 20 years experience in removal of Wisdom Teeth, Dr. Chris L. Tye operates a AAAHC accredited outpatient surgery center in that’s specifically designed for patient comfort and privacy.

Early Wisdom Teeth removal prevents gum disease, infection, decay of adjacent teeth and cyst from forming. With IV sedation — which is continually monitored throughout the procedure — patients are often unaware of the procedure and experience minimal discomfort. We follow up with every patient post-operatively and are on call for any after-hour concerns.

2) All-on-four Dental Implants

Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Chris L. Tye has been placing Dental Implants for Single Tooth Replacement and Multiple Tooth Replacement for over 20 years for patients in North Texas, DFW, Dallas, and Fort Worth.

The Secure Bite “All-on-4™” Procedure allows the rehabilitation of the upper or lower jaw with fixed a prostheses(bridge).
In this technique, 4 implants are placed in the anterior region of the jaw, which has the highest bone density. The Secure Bite “All-on-4™” Procedure allows the fitting of a fixed prosthesis with 12 to 14 teeth immediately on the day of surgery.

Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon Dr. Chris L. Tye is uniquely qualifed to offer safe, comfortable IV Concious Sedation in the AAAHC Accredited out patient Surgery center Surgical Arts.
The OMFS Residency requires extensive training in General Anesthesia and airway management. Procedures are performed with continuous monitoring of breathing, oxygen content in the tissues (saturation), blood pressure, and heart rate and rhythm.

Medications used reduce pain and anxiety and produce a depressed level of consciousness while maintaining the patients normal breathing. Short acting medicines allow for a quick recovery with minimal side effects. IV Conscious Sedation requires the patient to have an empty stomach 6-8 hours prior to the procedure, to have a responsible escort drive them home and remain with the patient for 24 hours. A history and physical exam is required of each patient prior to undergoing IV Conscious Sedation.
