Bay Design Group was founded in 1974 as C.F. Dawson, Inc. Now, over forty years later, we have always kept our eye on the clients needs. With our corporate headquarters located in the Town of Urbanna, we continue to provide land surveying, civil engineering, and land planning services throughout the Middle Peninsula, Northern Neck, and all of central Virginia keeping the client as our top priority.
