1) Counseling

I offer private compassionate and confidential distance counseling using an encrypted video conference platform to clients anywhere in the state of Oklahoma. For those within 10 miles of Holdenville, I also offer home based services. I am in network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, HealthChoice, and Aetna insurances, or I can provide a superbill so that the client can apply for reimbursement from another insurance company. I also accept private pay.

2) Life Coaching

Life coaching is a popular choice for those wanting the skills of a professional counselor but not the stigma of mental health treatment. It is perfect for those who don't meet the requirements for a full flown mental health diagnosis, but want to improve some aspect of their life, such as coping with a difficult life transition, workplace or family stress and tension, or an old trauma that continues to haunt. Life coaching is available regardless of the client's location, making it convenient for travelers and people out of state. Coaching is offered through the client's choice of platforms including encrypted videoconferencing, phone, email or a combination of these. The client has more flexibility regarding what platforms are used, with the understanding that not all platforms are HIPAA compliant. This service differs from counseling in that no mental health diagnosis is given and documentation does not become part of the client's medical record. This service is not appropriate for clients experiencing psychotic symptoms, suicidal or homocidal thoughts, or engaging in self harm. Life coaching is available only through pirvate pay, and not billable to any insurance.
