1) Scale Calibration
We test and calibrate all types of scales, including balance scales, floor scales, axle scales, truck scales, batch plant scales, wrapper scales. We offer discounted rates for a preventative maintenance agreement on a quarterly, semi annual or annual basis for your scales. Our Preventative Maintenance includes testing indicators and load cells, level and examine condition of the platform, inspecting cables for damage, inspect connections and we also provide you with a Certificate of Calibration on each scale if requested. We test and calibrate using weight standards traceable to NIST. Adjust and calibrate per guidelines specified in Handbook 44
2) Scale Repairs
Repair truck scales, including if you want to convert a mechanical scale to an electronic scale, load cells, wiring, etc. We also can repair smaller scales such as floor scales, counting scales, etc.
3) Sales
We are a distributor for Rice Lake Weighing Systems, Cardinal Scales, Ohaus Scales, AND Scales, Optima Scales and many more and can quote and provide sales and service for all your scale needs.
4) Counting Scale Rental
We have several different weight counting scales in stock as rentals for your inventory counting needs.
5) Batch Plants, Hot Plants, Aggregate Plants, Concrete Plants
We test, calibrate and repair truck or tank scales for these industries
