In 1961 my grandparents started Kraxberger Drilling out of a homestead house with a dirt floor, a rented cable tool, and four kids. Over the past fifty years they managed to build the family business into a hard working, honest outfit ran by my Grandma Betty, Grandad Frank, and my uncles Rick and Louis. I graduated from Soldotna High School in 1998, and after that I decided to join the military. After serving for five years in the Army, and doing a tour in Iraq and Afghanistan as an Artilleryman, I felt it was time to finally come back to my home and do my part to start the next generation of the family business. My wife Jalanie and I are 100% committed to bringing the same amazing service that my family has provided for the past fifty years, and have every intention of running it just as well for the next fifty years. We love Alaska, and we love our community! Thanks to all of our customers that have kept us successful through the years, and we look forward to doing whatever it takes to give you exceptional service whenever you might need us!
