I have called and emailed the owner, Richard Carrier, several times but he has never responded. He was paid in full promising to have his men come back to finish up. They did a horrible job, and no one ever came back. I wish I could post pictures on this site, you wouldn't believe that the owner would have these guys working for him, or that he wouldn't bother to fix things himself.
