I could not recommend Bear Creek Towing more highly. Our car overheated on our way home from the mountains at the top of Floyd Hill. Bear Creek had a tow truck to us within 35 minutes of our call. The tow truck driver was friendly, professional, and efficient, and didn't let our agitated, barking dog bother him a bit. Later that night, the office called to tell us the driver had accidentally overcharged us, and took the extra charge off the bill. We would not have otherwise realized we were overcharged. My entire experience with this company was excellent, and I very much appreciated the professionalism of every single person with whom we interacted.
