Helen began her career as a Chemical Engineer, specializing
in synthesis of Fine Organic Molecules. Her entry into the wonderful world of fragrance
began at a boutique fragrance house in Brooklyn, NY.



Doing synthesis of novel aroma chemicals for in-house use piqued her interest in perfumery. Very soon she got immersed into other aspects of fragrance manufacture: Quality Control, regulatory compliance and creating fragrance accords.



She joined Colgate-Palmolive Company in 1983. It was her responsibility to ensure that fragrances used by Colgate passed quality control around the world. She developed and trained people in Colgate’s subsidiaries in the field of Odor Evaluation. As a Global Fragrance Leader responsible for Colgate’s Personal Care products, Helen developed and implemented fragrance
strategy that gave Colgate brands quality fragrances at cost efficient prices.



In 1998 Helen joined IFF to direct the Consumer Products Perfumery Team. After several successful years at IFF Helen joined Symrise to lead the Perfumery, Evaluation, Marketing and Consumer Research Teams as Vice President of Consumer Product Development.



Today Helen Feygin is the founder and president of Intuiscent, the innovative company which designs winning fragrances for products worldwide.



Helen is a member of CEW and WFFC, and an adjunct professor at FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology).

Ilya holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and has over 45 US patents to his credit.



His expertise is in the area of High Throughput Technologies, Instrumentation, Robotics, Microfluidics and Mechatronics.


His professional background includes Merck (Research Fellow), Pharmacopia (Head of Engineering),

and PA Consulting. He provides consulting services to GM, P&G, Johnson & Johnson, Bristol Meyers and others.

Lee's experience working as a Perfumer spans over 30 years.



He has worked for major fragrance companies, such as Firmenich, Takasago, Roure and
Technology Flavors & Fragrances, both in the US and other countries (Latin America, France, Switzerland).



His in-depth knowledge, experience, creativity, tenacity and talent have allowed him to create fragrances that are used in perfumes and colognes, personal care and household products all over the world.
