Called on a Friday afternoon at my door 45 minutes later. He was there about 30 minutes found a short in a sensor, gave me some options with door working for now. Eventually will need to replace sensor, told me he could order and how to replace myself very easily if did not want to pay for labor. Very helpful, prompt and friendly. And before he left, He said no charge today sir....They have a lifelong customer.
