1) Preferred Home, Auto & Personal Umbrella Liability

InsurePro offers clients who are homeowners with very good to excellent credit scores with homeowner's policy offerings that are lower cost and provide broader coverage that standard homeowners. Broadened coverage may be available include some or all of the following: extended replacement cost of home by 25 -50% or more above a stand home policy extended replacement cost lessening chance of a nice home being underinsured, comprehensive perils (if not an excluded peril then it is covered), $5 -10K cap for theft of personal tools removed (especially valuable to retired folks with large shop), significantly increased level of personal property coverage, extended loss of use provisions. scheduled personal property for valuable items, worldwide auto liability, 1 million of excess underinsured motorist coverage (just a $100 premium!)

2) Large Cash Payments For Senior's Life Insurance Or Premium Financing For Old Life Policies

Simply allowing an old life insurance policy to lapse may be a terrible financial loss. State Dept. of Insurance Commissioner's in WA state and elsewhere now recommend that seniors who cannot afford the premium of a life policy or otherwise feel they do not need one, should seriously consider selling the policy and getting a large cash settlement or letting a premium finance co. pay the premiums for a few years giving a client more time to consider the option of keeping the policy or selling it. InsurePro has national markets for those wanting to sell and premium financier's that might be an even better option than outright selling.

3) Vacation Rental Insurance For Airbnb And Vrbo Use Of A Home - Special Insurance Needed

Just like if you were to use your personal car in a taxi service, you homes need specialized coverage when used in a business capacity. The IRS say if rented out for 8 weeks or more per year than it is a business (and needs to be insured as one). We have a number of options including scheduled policies to cover a list of homes, and policies that cover LLC's. We offer both true commercial as well as personal policies. It is also highly recommended to have expanded liability amounts of 1 million or more.

4) Tow Truck Insurance

Tow Trucks need special coverage and the number of carriers offering coverage for this niche is relatively small. InsurePro has a number of good options.

5) Uber, Lyft And The Shared Economy Cars

When using your personal car as a business, specialized business coverage is needed. While Uber and Lyft provide some coverage, there are significant gaps that need to be covered correctly by your underlying auto policy. Markets are limited but we have a number of good options and can help sort out your needs and keep costs down.
