1) Interior Design

Full service interior design agency, with design phases listed:
1-Design consultation and client interview, to understand what your intention is for the space and the style you desire for your interior. Terms of agreement is signed either on a hourly basis or with a contracted project with a 10% retainer of total estimated project costs.

2-Measuring area and drafting floor plan, elevations, reflected ceiling plan of lighting, Construction plan showing any changes proposed in architecture of non load bearing walls.

3-Selected products, of function and style desired fitting into floor plan.
4-Estimates of selected products and services.
5. Invoicing of selected products and services.
6 Delivery and installation of merchandise and services.

2) Tradesmen And Craftsmen.

Tradesmen and craftsmen of industry partners will present bids to be awarded your contract for services rendered as per the specifications from the construction documents.
1- Tradesmen and artisans review construction documents and view your interior.
2- Estimates are created and presented to the client.
3- Tradesmen and artisans are selected to preform the tasks required to complete the interior transformation.
4- Tradesmen's terms are presented and client can accept their terms directly with them.
5- Materials are provided for the tradesmen from Ambience Interiors as per your selection.
6- A design fee is applied to work with the tradesmen, presented to the client, from Ambience Interiors.

3) Delivery : Products And Services Are Delivered As Per Specifications Of The Design.

1- Area is measured.
2-Deconstruction takes place where needed.
3- Disposal of waste is carted.
4-New materials and products are installed and delivered.

4) Phases Of Construction And Renovation.

1-Design
2-Selection of products and materials.
3 -Permits obtained.
4-Deconstruction where needed,
5- Construction, structure, electrical, plumbing, finish surface installed.
6- Ceiling and walls painted , stoned, paneled.
7- Flooring installed.
8- Furnishings installed.
9- Light fixtures installed.
10 Inspections take place at all phases as required by the township.

5) Accounting

Project estimates are presenting on the start of the project to determine cost to complete interior design project.
Estimates are res one week before delivery.
Total project costs and payments are shown on a report as project proceeds.
