Reverend Samora Smith is a NY State licensed Interfaith Minister. Rev. Samora was born and raised in NYC. Born into an Interfaith family, she has a natural understanding and appreciation for the diversity that our world has to offer. Many couples are looking for unique and memorable ways to celebrate their unions and Rev. Samora believes that every couple deserves this. Rev. Samora also comes from a musical background. She studied Piano and Singing, winning many awards and scholarships for her musical gifts, she went on to pursue a professional career in this field. Rev. Samora is currently the Director for The BCNY Choir and has performed in many famous venues such as Carnegie Hall, The Apollo Theatre, Jazz at Lincoln Center and Symphony Space. Rev. Samora has also been working in the Wedding Industry for the past 12 years as a featured Vocalist/Keyboard player in one of New York's top wedding bands called Vision. Rev. Samora was ordained in 2008 through The New Seminary in NY and has fully enjoyed her role as a Wedding Officiant. "Nothing brings me more joy than uniting two people in love" has been Rev. Samora's mantra ever since she married her first couple who happened to also be dear friends of hers.
