Woodworth Enterprises, Inc. is a family owned long-term care business operated by Don and Pat Woodworth of Parsons, Kansas. Their desire to provide quality care for the elderly in Parsons and the surrounding area lead them to purchase the first health care facility, Elm Haven West, in October of 1978. Elm Haven West is currently a 50 bed facility located in Parsons. In December of 1990, Chetopa Manor, a 38 bed facility located in Chetopa, Kansas, was purchased to extend their outreach ability. Elm Haven East was purchased in July of 1992 and is now a 58 bed facility. Medicaid and Medicare Approved...Each Woodworth facility is state approved for Medicaid and Medicare residents as well as being licensed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment.
Additional Facilities and Services - In addition to the skilled nursing facilities, Woodworth Health Care Facilities also provides care through private duplexes, and Woodridge Estates Assisted Living Residence.
