We offer Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and outpatient eating disorder services using the best evidence-based and holistic practices. We have a low client-to-staff ratio, professional chefs, and tenured providers.
We treat clients with Anorexia, Bulimia, ARFID, Binge Eating Disorder, and OSFED. We treat all ages, genders, and ethnicities.

1) Partial Hospitalization
Partial Hospitalization Program for clients with eating disorders Prosperity’s Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program was created for the specific needs of adolescent development and recovery by using evidence-based and holistic therapies. Treatment includes group therapies, meal challenges, cooking experiences, grocery shopping, meal outings, art and yoga therapy, individual and nutrition counseling and psychiatric care. We serve the ages of 10-17 years old. Our Adolescent PHP program is located in Northern and Eastern Virginia (Herndon and Norfolk) Adult Partial Hospitalization Program Prosperity’s Adult Partial Hospitalization Program was designed for the needs and issues specifically of young and mature adults. Eating disorders affect people of all ages, lifestyles, genders, and ethnicities. Prosperity is deliberate in the individuation that is required for each client. Our Adult PHP program is located in Herndon and Norfolk, VA. Treatment includes group therapies, meal challenges, cooking experiences, grocery shopping, meal outings, art and yoga therapy, individual and nutrition counseling, and psychiatric care. Group therapies are focused on relationships, self-esteem, body image, anxiety, and depression and use evidence-based modalities of CBT, DBT, ACT, and IFS. Our program is ideal for those stepping down from residential treatment centers or stepping up for intensive outpatient programs or even being the initial step toward recovery.
2) Intensive Outpatient Program
Prosperity’s premier Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is comprehensive and evidence-based and offered to all genders, ages, and types of eating disorders. We believe that the best treatment plans are unique to each person’s needs, strengths, and interests. Our IOP program is a great step down from partial hospitalization or if outpatient therapy is insufficient. Our program runs three nights a week for three hours, from 5 pm-8 pm. Prosperity offers individual and nutrition counseling by eating disorder specialists who are motivated to help each client fully recover. Each day of the program consists of two hours of group therapy and one hour of meal support. Virtual Binge Eating Disorder IOP for Adults Adult IOP is 18 In Person in Herndon and Norfolk. Adolescent IOP is 17 and under, In Person in Herndon and Norfolk
