Business Description

Pink Pineapple Bakery & Cafe is a family run business, a mother and daughter team! 'Aura, the mother, is our head chef. Aura received her credentials from The Tante Marie French Culinary School from the renowned Cordon Blue French Culinary school and the Brooklands College for Sugar Craft in England. She further her training with a BA degree in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute here in the United States. 'Kristy is our assistant baker and personal relations extraordinaire. Kristin is currently finishing her undergrad BA degree in Bible major and Family and Church Education minor, as well as her Associate of Arts in Culinary degree. 'Rebeca is our office manager and administrator. Rebeca has her BA in Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education and Spanish. She also has a lot of artistic talent decorating sugar cookies!

1) Bakery

Offering a large variety of delicacies baked in house, both American and International. We specialize in French pastries,and specialty cakes for weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays. We offer an array of baked breads, cookies and muffins as well.

2) Cafe

Offering breakfast and lunch sandwiches on our home baked breads and croissants, featuring our signature chicken salad as well as our house dressings and spreads. Seasonally we offer soups and salads as well as daily specials. Our dining room is cozy and friendly.

We aren't a coffee shop but we DO coffee! From good old American brew to international special blends. We DO flavors, we Do espresso, we do iced and frozen as well.
