What began as an idea from a father to his son has quickly become a part of communities and cities across the great state of South Carolina. We began in April 2010 in Summerville, SC with little more than our gumption. From a gravel lot with seven buildings managed from a tent with a folding table, a folding chair, and me with my laptop; we introduced ourselves to Summerville with a great product, at a great price, and the desire to serve our community.

What began with the Summerville area has expanded to our friends, family, and neighbors across our beautiful palmetto state. Our diligent effort to service our communities has awarded us a five star dealer rating. We are very honored to receive this rating and we are diligently working to service our state even better.

Small Sheds

At Cool Sheds, we truly believe that when it comes to storage buildings, sheds, barns, carports, or steel buildings, we have something for everyone!



Wanting to offer people the best possible product, we began with Bennett Buildings. Bennett builds a great engineered shed as small as an 8'x8', and as large as a 12'x36', with a variety of sizes in between. All of their buildings come with .29 gauge galvanized steel roofs (available in multiple colors), ¾ inch "Tongue and Groove" BluWood flooring (with a lifetime warranty), and either "Dutch-lap" aluminum siding or vertical ribbed .29 gauge steel siding.



In an effort to meet all the needs of our customers and the regulations of their communities, we joined with another great manufacturer, Fountain Buildings. They specialize in both barn and utility style buildings, made from either T1-11 wood, Masonite Lap siding, or high grade vinyl siding. All of Fountain's buildings come with your choice of architectural or standard shingles (available in a variety of colors), and your choice of barn style, solid-swing, or roll-up door.



All of our in stock storage buildings are available for immediate purchase and free delivery, or we can custom order one to your preference! We have many forms of financing, as well a "No-Credit-Check" Rent-to-own program. In cases when a pre-built building just cannot be delivered due to landscape or access, we can custom build for you on-site! Come by any of our four locations to find out what we can do for you!

Porch Models

Here at Cool Sheds,we believe that we have the best looking porch models anywhere. You can see that we can build 10' wide or 12' wide models and any length of building that you like. You may also notice that our porches can be 4' deep or 6' deep depending on your needs. Also notice that windows can be put on the sides of the shed, the front, or you can choose to have no windows at all. Also notice that we can add a large roll up door to the rear of the building, and the front door can be a solid door or the decorative "9 lite window door". Whatever it is you like, we can build it and deliver it directly to you in 2-3 weeks! The porches on our sheds will last the test of time. Our Carports and Steel Structures are built from high quality, heavy duty steel tubing (available in standard 14 gauge or 12 gauge upgrade), and covered with 29 gauge steel sheeting. Getting a single or double-wide carport installed is an affordable and attractive way to protect your vehicle from damaging weather. Our buildings are strong enough to protect your investments from rain, snow, and hail storms, or to shade your car, boat, RV, or Camper from the heat of the sun.


Our Carports and Steel Structures are built on-site and to your specifications with 20 color choices, so the possibilities of styles, arrangements, and uses are only limited by your imagination! Barn styles offer good way to have both open and enclosed "lean-to's", and our Triple-Wide garages go as large as 50'x51'!
