Opened in 2013 after 15 years of cooking as a personal chef; Chef Kia & her husband Antonie decided to open their very own restaurant and the rest is history in the making. 'Chef Kia has 15 years of culinary experience with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu. She has served as a personal chef for many athletes, entertainers & private families and truly passionate about serving only the freshest ingredients and ""never cutting corners"". Soul to Soul is her debut and truly a labor of love. The recipes have been passed down from her mother who used pork as many traditional soul food dishes use but Chef Kia only uses smoked turkey which is a healthier choice..

Soul To Soul Café is a southern style restaurant in Avondale, Arizona. The restaurant is country cooking at its finest. Soul To Soul Café pleases everyone by bringing a modern twist to traditional soul food. Owner and head chef, Kia, has fifteen years of culinary experience with a degree from Le Cordon Bleu. She has served as a personal chef for many athletes, entertainers & private families and is truly passionate about serving only the freshest ingredients.
